The venue’s Grand Pavilion — spanning two flexible floors — will host all exhibition stands, lounges, and activation zones for the Expo.
The Grand Pavilion is known for its open layout, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and seamless visitor flow — making it an ideal setting to connect with a highly engaged audience interested in retirement, health, lifestyle, finance, aged care, and travel.
All exhibition spaces will be located within the Grand Pavilion, ensuring high visibility and steady foot traffic across both event days. This central positioning provides a vibrant and accessible environment for meaningful interaction with attendees.

Delivery Label
No deliveries will be accepted until 3 business days prior to the conference. You must organise your delivery to arrive whilst you are present at the venue.
A delivery label must be affixed to each item sent to Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. Please Download the Venue Delivery Label below. All labels must be marked with the name of the event, company name, booth number and date of event.
